Fitness Gym

The Freedom Centre gym is family friendly, with members ranging from age 7 to 80+. We don’t ask you to sign a contract, pay through your bank or even pay for a year; you simply pay as you train! Each session at £5 or £14 per calendar month. Or bulk buy at £39 Quarterly or £120 Annually.

Every new member must have an induction when they join, which is arranged to best suit them and is a one off payment of £10. They will be shown how the machines are set up, how to use them and by the end of the induction they will feel confident enough to come back and enjoy their workout! Pay for your monthly pass with your induction for just an extra £10 saving you £4!

Our staff are friendly and sympathetic to your needs, so don’t worry if you’re visiting a gym for the first time, plenty of TLC will be on hand.  Benefits included in your membership are:-

• 1-2-1 sessions

The Freedom Centre Gym is also an approved Doctor referrals gym, we will offer help and guidance along with 1-2-1 sessions to help you start your new journey and make new friends at the same time.

Your children are also welcome once they have completed their own induction. Children must be accompanied by an adult and deemed suitable by the Gym Instructors to use the machines safely. Cost is £1 per session.
